PETS
This was the hardest line to write on this whole website. We love dogs, but unfortunately Norsdale is a dog-free property.
If this policy is violated, there is a $395 per night fine to cover additional cleaning costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 POLICIES?
We only allow one booking at a time at Norsdale; you’ll have the place to yourself. And we take COVID-19 prevention and cleaning seriously. Norsdale is vacant and ventilated for at least 24 hours between bookings. Our cleaning team dusts, mops, wipes, sanitizes and disinfects, and regularly updates protocols according to the latest CDC guidelines.
BITS AND PIECES
Please note we do not offer daily housekeeping, Norsdale will be clean upon check in, but upkeep is your responsibility during your stay. Should you like to add cleaning we are happy to help schedule a cleaning for an additional cost.
We offer all our guests a smoke free environment. If you do want to light up, do it outside, and away from the buildings. We’ll charge a $395 cleaning fee for smoking (and vaping) inside.
We are not responsible for any personal items that may be lost, damaged or stolen.
We’ve furnished Norsdale with items that spark joy. Please leave them so they can bring enjoyment for others too. Damaged or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file.
EVENTS
Norsdale is a place for people to come together. While we want you to have a great time, please consider our neighbors and keep noise under control after dark.
We don’t allow events at Norsdale, and capacity of the property is capped at 18 guests.

We don’t recommend using the tub alone, and all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Using the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is dangerous.
ANYTHING ELSE?
The Catskills is one of New York State’s most incredible wilderness areas. But it’s wild. Exercise caution in the outdoors, be careful around wildlife, fire and grills. Norsdale will not be held responsible for injury on the property or power losses caused by mother nature.
